No, our beef receives a TMR (total mixed ration) so every bite they take is the same. The ration includes hay, corn, corn silage (whole corn plant chopped into little pieces), apple pulp, vitamins and minerals. Their diet is balanced by an animal nutritionist.

No, we do not use anti-biotics (unless the animal is sick and then the withdrawal period for the medicine is followed) Less than 1% of our animals see any antibiotics in their life.

We NEVER use any hormones of any kind!

Most of them yes. We do source a few animals a year from another local farmer that feeds and cares for his animals the way we do. We do this because we want to make sure the quality of products is consistent always

Our beef dry ages for 14 days before being processed. This helps with the flavor and also the tenderness

In our farm store you can come in and buy individual cuts of beef, (such as 1 ribeye steak or 1lb. of ground beef). Online we offer bundles, which will tell you what you will receive and the price you will pay. We also sell in the ¼, ½ and whole beef, which a deposit is needed to reserve your spot.

Yes, we also carry some pork products, dairy products from Moo-ville creamery in Nashville, Mi, local honey and maple syrup. We carry seasonings from Crucible Seasonings, and Cherry Republic products.
