Who We Are

We are Eric and Brittany Carson, proud third-generation farmers.

Our family includes two wonderful children, aged 5 and 7, who are actively involved in the daily activities on our farm. Their enthusiasm and curiosity about farming have been a great source of joy and inspiration for us.

We are committed to supporting our local community, and our farm products are proudly "local-made." Our dedication to local production has been a hallmark of our operation.

With a legacy of farming that spans several generations, we have been actively engaged in agriculture for many years. The wellbeing and care of our animals have always been at the forefront of our farming philosophy.

The animals we raise are Holstein, Holstein cross (Angus, Hereford, Brahman, Simmental) and are ALWAYS free from antibiotics and growth hormones. Our animals are fed a corn diet that has been specifically developed to meet all their growth and nutritional needs.

Truly Local

All the animals are processed in a USDA-certified and inspected processing plant situated locally in Rosebush, MI. You can have complete confidence that the meat you purchase from us is entirely safe to consume.
